Who's in your class?
Each child gets a code, like Student 01. Names are swapped for these codes. The more names you add here (nicknames, Chinese names, common misspellings), the more get caught.
Upload works with Excel, CSV, Word, PDF (including scans) or a photo of a class list.
No children yet. Click Upload a class list to add your whole class at once.
Other names to hide (brothers and sisters, other children, tutors, your school's name)
Each one is swapped for what you put in the second box, e.g. [classmate], [sibling] or [school]. Add your school and campus name here so reports don't show which school they're from.
Words you said are not names
Remove a word here if you made a mistake.
Make safe copies
Add reports, MAP PDFs, mark sheets or comments. You'll get copies with codes instead of names, ready to give to AI. Your original files are not changed.

Making reports with AI? Get a PDF for each child automatically
- In Make safe copies, make a safe copy of your data (MAP results, marks, comments).
- Give the safe copy to the AI and paste in the instructions below, plus what you want in the report.
- Download the web page (.html) the AI makes and drag it in here.
- You get one PDF per child, with their name on it and in the file name. Download all saves them in one go.
Make the reports as ONE web page file (.html) that I can download. - Put each student's report inside its own <section class="report" data-student="Student 07">, using that student's code. - Make each printed page a <div class="page"> exactly 210mm wide and 297mm tall (A4) with all of its content inside. Use as many pages per student as you need. - Use only HTML and CSS. Draw any charts as inline SVG. No JavaScript, no web fonts, no pictures from the internet. - The codes stand in for the students' names. Write each code exactly as given, like "Student 07", never "Student 7" or "student 07". Write the code where the name would go, and use "they" instead of he or she.
